Q. I want to cancel my order.

Please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 48 hours of placing your order. In principle, we do not accept cancellations after that.


Q. Is it possible to exchange the size?

Yes. It is possible.
However, we cannot exchange items that have been used (except for trying on) or items that have been soiled or damaged.
In the case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee of 380 yen.


Q. When will the product arrive?

After receiving your order, we will ship it directly from our overseas warehouse.
Therefore, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.

*Products with "[immediate delivery]" in the product name will be shipped from domestic stores and will be delivered in about 3 to 5 days.


Q. I haven't received an email.

After placing an order, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Depending on your email settings, some emails may end up in your spam box. Sorry to trouble you, but please check those first.
Also, if the e-mail does not arrive in the "spam" box, please contact us from the "Contact Us" on this site.


Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?

We will apply the coupon code if you contact us via the inquiry form or email.


Q. I want to change the payment method.

The payment method cannot be changed after the payment is completed.
If you contact us, we will cancel the order, so please place the order again .


Q. Can you ship overseas?

Delivery is only within Japan.
